Dear Fam & freinds,
Today I had received a wonderful e-mail from a very good freind back home. This e-mail had really touched my heart by what it said in it. At the end of this e-mail there was a wonderful quote that I loved reading & it inspired me to share it with you in hopes that in some way you take a little something from this quote like I have done.

MAY YOU USE THE GIFTS THAT YOU HAVE RECEIVED, AND PASS ON THE LOVE THAT HAS BEEN GIVEN TO YOU. MAY YOU BE CONTENT WITH YOURSELF JUST THE WAY YOU ARE. LET THIS KNOWLEDGE SETTLE INTO YOUR BONES, AND ALLOW YOUR SOUL THE FREEDOM TO SING, DANCE, PRAISE AND LOVE. IT IS THERE FOR EACH AND EVERY ONE OF US."
